Through my personal coaching for women systems, we will take a look at what you are struggling with and where you are “stuck”. I’ll find out where you’ve been and what your path looks like. We will talk about what freedom in the areas of food, weight, and body look like to you.
Next, we will work to build a foundation. This includes a detailed look at a food journal and tools to begin to rebalance yourself physically.
We will delve deeper into emotional eating, restriction/overeating, weight and body concerns, and other issues that typically pop up in these areas.
We will work on loosening your tight grasp of attempting to “control” these areas of your life, accepting yourself and your body without wanting to look differently, and feeling satisfied with yourself. We will begin to dismantle the ways food, weight, and body “consume” your life.

We would NOT be a good match if:
• You are looking for the easy way out. These issues get very deep, very fast. You will need to make a time commitment and a mental commitment to yourself and to move forward on your journey.
• If you have a serious eating disorder that requires medical attention. This program can be a supplement to an in-patient or out-patient program, but is not a substitute for professional medical help if it is required.
• If you are searching for a “quick fix” to put a band-aid over these issues. This program is not a magic pill that you will swallow and come out “healed”. I wish it were that easy! It will require a lot of self-exploration, honesty, and healing emotional wounds.
