The Go Deep Intake
You’ll outline how you got to where you are right now, what you struggle with, what your biggest obstacles are, what blocks you have that may be inhibiting your progress, and what areas you’d like to focus on. You’ll envision in detail what your life would look like if you had freedom around food, weight, body and eating. This is your chance to describe exactly what you want, so that we can move forward in your journey towards healing.
An In-Depth Look at Your Food Journal
Each week, we will look at 2-3 days of your food journal and examine what’s working and what’s not. This physical piece is the foundation of lasting healing. You will receive a plan to begin to rebalance yourself physically. This step is crucial, especially if you’ve struggled with the binging and dieting cycle over the years.
Three Months of Active Coaching Sessions with Customized Action Assignments
We’ll work together over the phone or Skype for the next three months in 55 minute sessions. We’ll discuss, collaborate, and implement strategies to keep you focused and moving forward. In between sessions, I’ll create customized Action Assignments and reflection questions for you to complete before the next session. Each of these assignments will be progressively designed to move you forward in your journey and take you deeper than you ever thought possible.
