I’ve thought this many times in my life…when I was so frustrated, so overwhelmed, and feeling so hopeless that I thought I was just “one of those people” who would struggle with this forever. Trust me…I’ve been there. I’ve binged on thousands and thousands of calories in one sitting. I’ve restricted to the point where I was living off of diet pills, green peppers with ranch, and salads. I’ve hid food in my room, in my car, and in my purse so I could binge in secret. I’ve been a size two and a size twelve (and everything in between).
