What is your natural weight and how do you “get” there? This is something I battled for a long time. I knew I didn’t want to diet or go on an extreme food regime, but I also wanted to get to my “natural weight” (aka the weight I thought my body should be at).

I spent years being in one place (at one weight) and wishing I could be somewhere else (at another weight). It caused me so much suffering and pain because I resisted, struggled against and battled my body.

What if I told you that your natural weight isn’t actually what you think it is?

And that you could relax into knowing that your body does know, deep down, what it means to be balanced and healthy?
