I love the question is it sustainable and enjoyable. I’m scared and exciting while giving up dieting. I’m so glad to be done with it altogether. I’m now exploring different foods and flavors now, and focusing on learning to stop when I’m full or satisfied. I feel so liberated!
Yes! Celebrating those wins 🙂 It is definitely both scary and exciting…but I like to remind myself that with anything new outside our comfort zone, there IS usually some fear.
