We’ve all been there. You do so good during the week and then go crazy with the pizza, apps, desserts, and “I’d like fries with that” on the weekends.
Then, come Monday, you promise yourself that this, seriously, is the day you are going to gain control of your eating.
Inevitably, though, something comes up–a happy hour, a feast in the office break room, a dessert after dinner–that sends you down that “oh crap, I blew it, and now I’m gonna eat everything that I haven’t been allowed to have all week.”
Which then leads to another blown week of eating and a promise to begin again tomorrow…
Cue cycle on repeat.
