There are a million “things you must do” out there when it comes to food and weight. (I.E. You must eat more greens, you must not eat after 7, you must have at least 5 veggies per day, etc)
With all the “musts”, it can be hard to sift through the information to know what you actually should do!
But I’m not talking about what to eat or not eat here. I’m talking about something that is actually much more important on your journey.
I’ve seen this time and time again working with clients and it’s also true in my own life. When I do this every day, I notice how much calmer and more at ease I am. I notice I make better food choices. I notice I am more aware around my emotions. I notice I don’t want as many sweets or desserts.
So, what’s the key to being more peaceful and sane around food (and in your life?) It’s not what you think 🙂
