When we first start out on this path (trying to stop dieting and get our weight/food under control), we don’t know where to start. There are 4 billion articles out there (ok, maybe that’s a slight exaggeration… 🙂 ) on nutrition and dieting, and it’s easy to get confused about what to do.
So, how do we know where to begin?
This video gives a good starting point. It’s not about food plans or nutritional info, cutting out carbs or doing some crazy exercise regime. What is it about?

Thank you!!! I was just pondering what I “should” be eating to be healthy and am I supposed to go vegan or am I supposed to quit sugar etc… Then I see your video and BAM! Exactly what I needed to hear in this very moment! I feel so much better now. I am just going to be open to listening to what my body is saying it needs and how much and not be judgmental of my choices. Thank you so much for posting this!!
