Do you find yourself waiting for the moment your significant other leaves the room so you can sneak some of those cookies when he/she isn’t looking? Or counting down the seconds when you drop your kids off at school so you can hit up the Dunkin Donuts drive-through to get that 1/2 dozen donuts you’ve been fantasizing about?
Are you sneaking food more than you’d like to admit?
In my binge-years, I used to wait until no one was in the house to raid the pantry and binge.
Spoon after spoon of ice cream, then the candy jar, then the last of the cookies. It was a time filled with the thrill of finally being able to eat and the embarrassment and shame of actually doing it in secret.
I want to open up this topic of conversation and help take away some of the shame and embarrassment out of sneaking/hiding food. It’s something that is very common when you struggle with food (and something many of my clients struggle with!)
So what do you do if you find yourself sneaking food? Check out the video below 🙂
I’d love to hear from you.
Starting this conversation is SO important, because the more open you and I can be around it, the more it helps other women feel like they aren’t alone.
You are welcome to share below your take on this and which one of these tips you can focus on 🙂

Wow! Very honest look at sneaking food. It puts a proactive spin on something that many of us consider “bad” or unhealthy. Thank you
