- What is the one mindset shift you need to stop comparing your body to others?
- How is it possible to want weight loss AND give up dieting?
- How do you NOT rely on willpower?
- What does it take to “solve this problem” if you’ve tried everything else?
- How do you stop the “feel bad->binge->feel disappointed –>eat->swear to start over cycle”?
