So what does it take to eat healthy at a restaurant?
Eating out at restaurants used to be my biggest trigger.
I would spend hours worrying about what I’d eat, being in constant fear of binging, and wondering how I’d ever “make up for” what I knew I’d surely overeat.
It would leave me in anxiety, fear and obsession around food for days before I’d go out.
And then, once I was out at the restaurant, I couldn’t be IN the conversation with friends or enjoy the outing because I’d spend the entire time in my head obsessing & worrying.
(Not to mention the fear of weight gain!)
So in today’s episode I’m sharing the tips that really helped me loosen up around restaurant eating. I still practice #2 today!
