So how do you eat healthy without dieting? How do you let go of the rules & restrictions of food plans but still eat in a way that allows your body to be at a comfortable weight?

This was a REALLY hard topic for me to wrap my mind around at first. I couldn’t separate the two out: dieting WAS eating healthy. 

To me, I was either eating super clean, restricting, only allowing “healthy” food or I swung to the other extreme of binging, overeating and saying “screw it, I’m having whatever I want!”

There wasn’t really a middle ground for me. It took me quite some time to accept the idea that I actually COULD let go of dieting and still eat in a way that was satisfying for the long haul.

It can be challenging to find your own balance…it’s a subtle art of not following a rule while still paying attention to what you eat.

That’s why I wanted to talk about this on the podcast! I wanted to open the conversation to help give you some practical tips to start moving away from diet-y thinking and into a mindset that better serves you!
