“Why did you eat that 5th cookie?! You know it’s not good for you.”

“You always crave junk food. You should feel awful about yourself.”

“Ugh, why did I eat that 3rd piece of pizza?!”

Those voices in our heads can load us down with serious guilt about what we eat, what we should eat, and what we crave.
