When we’re immersed in the diet world, it’s easy to be consumed by one thing: the RESULT. So if we aren’t focused on that, how do we measure results on the intuitive eating path?

Every food plan or diet program promise a result:

“Do Whole30 for a month, and you’ll lose 15 pounds!”

“Cut out carbs for 6 weeks and you’ll drop 2 sizes!”

“Follow our ‘lifestyle’ food plan and just 6 months, you’ll shed 30 pounds!”

So when we resolve to let go of dieting and find a way of eating that works for us long term, we can get easily discouraged about the lack of “results”.

If we aren’t looking at the scale, monitoring our weight or obsessively trying on our smaller jeans to see if we fit into them, then how do we actually measure results?!
