We learn so many things from society about what it’s supposed to look like.

We pick up ideas about good foods and bad foods, things we “should” eat, and what we shouldn’t. 

If we’ve spent many years dieting, we learn to count, weigh, and measure food.

We learn how to stick to food plans, to cut out sugar, to omit processed foods. 

So when we stop dieting and are learning to find what works for us, how are we supposed to know what healthy eating actually is?
