What do you do when you can’t face your body in the mirror? Maybe you’re getting undressed to hop in the shower or you’re seeing if your outfit looks okay before you head off to work.
Or maybe you walk by a window and catch a glimpse of your reflection and you gasp and think, “holy crap, is that ME?!”
That sinking feeling of dread, despair and anxiety of body hate settles in to the pit of your stomach.
So what do you do?

The answer is not another diet and it’s not trying to change your body.
Why?
Because what happens when we diet or when we obsess on “fixing” our body is that it can leave us worse off than before.
Diets make us feel like failures.
And when our body doesn’t change as fast as we’d like it to, we’re left even more frustrated than before.
