There were tons of questions about it.
Why?
Because it’s the latest and greatest trend in the diet world!
Which got me thinking…

ALthough I understand your message, it’s just IF that helps me to listen to my body!
Well, I’d say above all else, listen to YOU. (Not me 😉 ) You can keep reevaluating to see if it’s still working as you experiment…maybe there will come a time it won’t be a good fit for you, maybe not. I always tell my Normal Eaters Club ladies…I may teach, guide, advise, and share…but most of all, I want to teach YOU to be the expert on your own body!
